The Pankratov Bridge

This is one of the oldest structures in built the south of the country. It is 113 years old!

History of creation

The bridge name is named after a street it crosses over, Pankratovskaya street, which is now called Rabocha street. It connects Kherson to Zabalka, the historic district of the city.

The architects used advanced technology from the early 19th century to build the bridge. The viaduct was built in Western European style. At first glance, you may think you are in a small town in Austria or Germany.

It plays an important role for the regional center. A large number of vehicles cross it daily.
